Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
In case you’ve got a cloud hosting service with us and you want to activate the catch-all feature for a particular mailbox that you have in your account, it will take literally only a click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel to accomplish this. A catch-all button is available to the right of each and every email address that you have set up under any domain name registered in your account. You can select one single address per domain name by clicking on the corresponding button. This will enable the feature immediately, so all messages sent to misspelled email addresses will be received there. Clicking on the button once more will disable the catch-all feature. If you have active email forwarding, our system will show a warning message and you won’t be able to activate the catch-all feature until you remove the forwarding or you can simply pick another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be configured with a couple of clicks of the mouse in case you have a semi-dedicated hosting service with our company. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be managed through our in-house developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will be able to create email addresses under any domain name hosted here. To enable the catch-all feature for a specific mailbox, you’ll need to click the logo with the same name, which will be on the right side of each email address. Disabling this functionality can be accomplished in the exact same manner and will not take more than one click either. If a catch-all mailbox has already been activated for a given domain name, you’ll get a warning text message. The same is valid if the mailbox that you would like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never deactivate or alter anything automatically.
