Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder email will take you only a few mouse clicks if you use a cloud hosting service from us. This can be done through the Emails part of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where one can view all of your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You may either choose an email and click the auto-responder button or simply right-click and select the option in the context menu which will show up. All you have to do will be to type in the content you want to be sent as an automated reply and save the change. You're able to type in any text you want and modifying or removing the auto-responder feature is just as easy. From the very same part of the Control Panel it is easy to keep track of which e-mail accounts have the option active and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you are using a semi-dedicated server plan to host your domain names with our company, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder function for any of the e-mail addresses you make with the account. You can do this in the Emails section of our intuitive Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where one can view a list of all your mailboxes. A small icon will show you which one has an active auto-responder and which does not. To create, manage or remove a message, click the corresponding image for the given e-mail address, enter the content you want to use, save the changes and you will be all set. If you select various emails, you are able to activate or deactivate the function for them in bulk, with just very little efforts.
